The Business Supplies Group (BSG) is pleased to announce the acquisition of Office IS, a prominent independent office supplies company serving both private and public sector organisations across London and East Anglia.
This acquisition marks the latest achievement in BSG's strategic aim to expand its business and customer base. The addition of the £10 million Office IS business further provides BSG with a well-established services provider, which complements BSG's existing offering.
Headquartered in Colchester, Office IS has a robust customer base and delivery network. This acquisition will enhance our delivery capabilities for current customers in London and further extend our footprint across the region.
BSG has made significant investments in systems and processes in recent years, and we are excited to fully integrate Office IS’s team, platforms, and systems into our operations. We warmly welcome the Office IS team and are eager to grow the business together through continued investment in marketing, technology, and training. As part of our growth strategy, we plan to expand the additional services we offer, which align with Office IS’s current portfolio. These include print production, workwear personalisation, and managed print services.
