Every December, Ascot Racecourse faces the monumental task of distributing crucial information about their upcoming 21 race days to over 200 private box owners. We were entrusted with the delicate task of managing this complex operation within a tight 4-week timeframe. The team meticulously printed and personalised a wide range of race day collateral, including tickets, car park hangers, swipe cards, metal badges, food vouchers, and fixture lists for each of the 200+ private box owners.
