The NHS marks 75 years of service on 5th July. Founded out of the ideal that good quality healthcare should be accessible to all, today the NHS is the 5th largest employer in the world, employing roughly 1 in 20 of the UK’s working population. We are incredibly proud to call so many NHS Trusts our valued customers. The past few years have certainly highlighted the hard working and resilient nature of the NHS staff who worked tirelessly on the front line during the global pandemic.

One in four of us will experience a mental health problem each year. The pandemic and the many challenges that it has caused everyone, have negatively affected many people’s mental health and elevated concerns for those already living with a mental illness.

For many people, working from home is a big adjustment and far from ideal. We believe that it's important to remind your people that although they may be out of sight, they are not out of mind. We’ve put together a number of well-being packages for employers to send to their teams – designed specifically to give a much needed boost to the mental and emotional health of those working hard from home.
