Our strategic partnership with NELFT NHS Trust: a trustworthy partner for NHS new starters
We were tasked with supplying, packaging, and dispatching induction packs for monthly new starters within the NHS trust. This involved a continuous supply process as new employees joined the trust.
Scope:
Quantity: 650 boxes
Items per box: tote bag, lanyards, badges, stylus and highlighter ballpen, notebooks, stress balls, trolley coins, insulated tumbler and welcome card.
The project posed several challenges, including branding 650 packs in full or single colour, managing branding requirements, and co-ordinating lead times for multiple items to ensure timely packing. Balancing the cost difference for items with varying branding specifications was also crucial to stay within the Trusts budget constraints.
We leveraged our expertise and experience in handling complex projects to address the challenges effectively. Our team carefully managed branding requirements, utilising full-colour printing where feasible while optimising costs for single-color items. By establishing streamlined processes and maintaining clear communication channels, we successfully met the client’s expectations and delivered high-quality merchandise packs on time.
