Let’s explain what Rental Plus is and how we can drive prices so low.
Here’s how Rental Plus works
You select the printing device or devices you want to rent from our range – whether that’s mono or colour printers or multi-functional devices. You also select a monthly plan based on anticipated print volumes. But here’s where Rental Plus differs – our minimum contract is just six months, which means if you find you’re printing more or less than anticipated you can save your business money by switching plans or even switching devices.
Our technical helpdesk is also available to resolve any issues or book engineer visits. What’s more our warehouses across the country stock all the consumables you need, and our high quality toner and ink can be ordered for next day delivery. All you need to do is remember to order the paper!
With costs starting from a minimum £29.75 a month (based on 2000 mono prints), we think you’ll agree, it’s a pretty good deal.
How do we keep costs so low?
Our Rental Plus plans use current, business enterprise HP printers. You’re not getting a brand-new machine, but the devise will have only completed a minimum volume of prints and will be in pristine condition after being serviced by our in-house service engineers. All our devises produce quality print and they look and feel as good as new!
We can also keep costs down because as an SME we’re in control of our business and everything is owned and done in-house – from our engineering team, to our warehousing and stock control, through to our finance, helpdesk and customer service office. That gives us the ability and flexibility to offer our customers short term contracts, so you can upgrade or downgrade machines and print volumes as required. What’s more, BSG’s quality toner is half the price of the manufacturers.
