Conference product support for North East London NHS Foundation Trust (NELFT)
Seamless success and support: Our integral role in elevating NELFT's Global Majority Network Conference
We are extremely proud to have supported the North East London NHS Foundation Trust’s (NELFT’s) annual Global Majority Network Conference in November. Our comprehensive service included designing, sourcing, producing and delivering 35 different products and a total of over 5,500 items, from printed booklets and feedback forms, panels, banners and posters, to goody bags, lanyards, t-shirts, bookmarks, pens and badges. Remarkably, our efforts resulted in significant cost savings for the Trust, totalling over £18,000.
Given the Trust's ambitious plans to more than double the conference's attendance to 600 delegates and launch five distinct campaigns, including the unveiling of NELFT's new anti-racism strategy, for the sake of simplicity and consistency, the organisers chose to entrust the entire promotional material aspect to us. As a longstanding supplier with a history of providing various printed promotional items for the conference, we were honoured to be chosen to fulfil all the requirements for this year's event.
Although the conference organisers had a general idea of their needs, we worked very closely with them to fully understand their objectives and provided additional ideas for printed materials and promotional products aligned with the various campaigns being launched on the day. Within a tight six-week timeframe, we not only designed and produced the 35 different products, but also handled the order fulfilment process, ensuring that the 5,500 plus items were delivered to the right site at the right time. This included packing 600 goody bags and delivering the necessary items for the conference to the event’s site in Essex, as well as campaign products to the Trust's headquarters.
“Not only did Chris and the team’s purchasing expertise save us £18,000, but they saved us a great deal of time, stress and anxiety. From their production skills, which included tweaking our artwork so that it looked better than we’d even envisioned, to the quality of the products and care that went into every aspect of their service, from print to packing and delivery, they pulled out all the stops. Having worked with Chris and the team at the Business Supplies Group (BSG) for several years I knew they’d be 100% reliable, and they didn’t let me down. All we had to do was turn up on the day of the conference, safe in the knowledge that everything would be in place and absolutely top quality. I can’t thank everyone involved at BSG enough.”
