BSG are proud to support and recognise International Women’s Day.
The campaign theme this year is 'Inspire Inclusion', to celebrate diversity and empowerment on International Women's Day 2024 and beyond.

BSG are committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace where everyone, regardless of gender, can thrive and feel empowered. Having a Senior Management Team with 3/8 women represents a significant step towards achieving a more balanced leadership team whose voices are influential in key decision-making at BSG.
In the past 12 months alone, we have supported the development and advancement of women within BSG to step into management positions, and we have welcomed many new hires, 48% of which have been female, demonstrating our commitment to building a workplace that values diversity and inclusion. We have also introduced a brand-new employee benefits package to enable women (and men!) a better work-life balance with greater flexibility.
As we celebrate International Women’s Day, it is a great opportunity to reflect on the remarkable contributions of women worldwide, and in particular, my wonderful female colleagues at BSG.

Knowing that my voice, as well as the voices of my female colleagues, carries equal weight in discussions and decision-making processes is both gratifying and motivating. It's a testament to the progress we've made towards gender equality and a promising sign for the future.

Being a manager at BSG has been a wonderful opportunity to strive for a change in culture within the business. I have worked to create a culture of learning throughout customer services whilst listening to my team and understanding their wants or needs.
I am proud to work with strong women who are fuelled by knowledge and the desire to help drive this business towards success. I look to the women that I manage and work alongside as a community, we have created space for strength, progression, and power. There is a place here for everyone, regardless of their walk of life and I would welcome them with open arms. My aim is to inspire others to embrace their authentic selves and strive for excellence because we are worthy, we are wonderful, and we can achieve anything. The skies the limit!

As a female who heads up the Creative Studio here at BSG, I feel inspired and immensely grateful when I reflect on the unwavering support of my female colleagues. Together, we foster an environment where collaboration thrives, voices are heard, and inspiration flows freely. Here, gender bias is non-existent (especially as our roles are traditionally male dominated), and every idea, initiative, and accomplishment are celebrated without reservation. As we mark this occasion, I am honoured to stand alongside such a remarkable team of women (and men) and am excited to see what the future holds for us all. Happy International Women’s Day!
